Please arrive on the 28th as the hotel is paid from the evening of the 28st until check out on the 4th.

The 6 hours of training is divided into 4 hours of training in the morning and 2 hours in the early evening. This to avoid the hottest hours of the day.
The training includes:
Qigong (Dao Yin)
Tai Chi (Tai Chi Pushing hands)
Pa Kua
Xing Yi
Diverse Weapons
Trainers:
