Please arrive on the 21st as the hotel is paid from the evening of the 21st until check out on the 28th.

 

The 6 hours of training is divided into 4 hours of training in the morning and 2 hours in the early evening. This to avoid the hottest hours of the day.
The training includes:
General physical training and parkour
Wood pole training which includes training between as well as on top of the poles.
Sword techniques using the heavy sword
Stone lock training
Miao Dao
Sanda and Shuijiou training

We fully understand the actual situation on COVID-19; any booking will be cancelled automatically when and if by government directions, there is no possibility to fly, travel or visit our accommodation in the Northern-East part of Italy (Udine region).

This includes 6 hours of training per day, meals and a shared hotel room. Hotel rooms are double occupancy. If you wish to have a private room this may be possible, please send us a mail and ask for the price.
